Mobile Wealth Management Firm Harbor Financial Services Merges with Level Four Group, a division of Carr, Riggs & Ingram

Mobile, AL – September 21, 2021 – Harbor Financial Services, LLC, a securities broker dealer, registered investment advisor and general insurance agency based out of Mobile with roughly 50 branches located in 20 states, has merged with Level Four Group, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC (CRI) based out of Enterprise, AL. The Harbor team joins more than 1,900 Level Four and CRI professionals currently serving clients across the United States.

Harbor Financial Services has been in Mobile for over 16 years with Marc Whitehead serving as President, CEO and co-owner the majority of that time. A full-service firm offering wealth management and institutional services including financial and estate planning, asset management, retirement plan services, insurance, institutional trading and business consulting. Earlier this year, the firm changed its name from Harbor Financial Services, LLC to Level Four Financial, LLC. Mr. Whitehead is now a partner in Level Four Group and CRI and currently serves as CFO of Level Four Group and President of Level Four Financial.
